R G Parkins and Partners Ltd were commissioned to prepare bolted and welded connection designs for a futuristic fountain structure in Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. The 30m high stainless steel structure, was constructed locally by specialists T.P Aspinall and Sons Ltd, and all designs are in accordance with Eurocode 3. Success in the Eurovision Song Contest last year has raised awareness of Azerbaijan throughout Europe, and hopefuly this structure will follow similar success
